Can you be sacked for using a restraint on a patient who is deemed vulnerable but in danger of harm?

You should not automatically be sacked for using physical intervention on a vulnerable person. That said, it will come down the the justification of your reasonable and necessary actions to prevent harm or to stop the situation from worsening.
