 HEALTH SAFETY & WELLBEING COURSES

Reducing the need for holding techniques and restrictive interventions…

NVC Awareness provide training and support to improve your confidence and safety when managing abusive, disruptive, challenging, aggressive and violent behaviour across all sectors; education, health & social care, housing, hospitality, retail, NHS, public services, transport services and security.

Our training and courses are nationally recognised by BTEC, Edexcel/Pearson, BIIAB, ICM, ROSPA CPD, SIA , and include Teacher/Trainer qualifications.  We can support you with risk assessment and a step-by-step training needs analysis.  For example, where there is an evidenced need for physical intervention (non-restrictive and restrictive holding) you will also know and understand strategies regarding conflict management, communication skills and the law and legislation regarding the use of reasonable force.  Techniques taught during our courses have been risk assessed and medical reviewed

NVC Awareness employ staff with a range of legal qualifications and frontline operational comprehension to deliver specialist training courses to support and manage children and adults with special education needs and disabilities.

We provide full-day, half-day, online, blended (online and face-2-face), workshops, twilight courses and presentations.
