NVC Awareness Training Consultancy hosted 6, one-hour long, practical self-defence sessions for students in the sixth form, forming the start of our self-defence and staying safe PSHE program. The session included how to avoid and reduce danger in confrontational situations, followed by a self-defence masterclass covering a range of methods to remove themselves from danger and protect themselves. The training continued with NVC with two webinars that discussed avoidance of dangerous and or confrontational situations, Common Law, reasonable force, and the support available to help students stay safe.
